Today was a pretty good day. I woke up early & went to the doctor to check out my wrist. Turns out I'll have to get an MRI (kind of figured this would be the next step). The only bad part of the day was dealing with the insurance. I had to get pre-certified for the MRI and the insurance company asked me basically the exact same questions that the doctor had asked. Why didn't I just call the insurance company for my Dr appt?
As soon as I left the doctor, I came home, had lunch, and then immediately drove to my parents house to go to another doctor appointment (this time for my eyes).
I got to the eye doctor and he said my eyes were doing great. The best part of this appointment? It was scheduled for 4:05, and the nurse did a screening (where she did various tests on my eyes) and I saw the doctor and I was out of the office by 4:25. Amazing! How often can you get in & out of the doctor's office in 20 minutes? AMAZING!
After the doctor, I went out to eat with my parents, grandmother and aunt. It was pretty cool and we gave my grandmother her birthday presents.
I got my new phone today (Motorola Razr V3) and my parents gave me a new carry-on suitcase (which will come in handy this weekend).
Overall a really good day.
Leaving for Kansas City tomorrow. Should be a good weekend.
